WELCOME TO THE BERNA WORLD 1981
Any client who is received at the Bern 1981 space finds pieces, details, commitment and dedication of a team that make him live our history. Among the clothes hanging on hooks are countless collections lived and worked to detail. Some have had their beginnings in iconic fabrics, art books, old photographs and family portraits, which served as inspiration to create emblematic pieces for our clients. Berna 1981 demonstrates how essential it is to have "human capital", capable of exercising the art of know-how: dexterity, research, strategy, technique, technology and intelligence are important elements for a history that gives substance and form to the meticulous pieces we produce.
Our values are the foundation of our business; they define the way we operate and are the foundation of our success.
The team is our employees and the employees of our customers and suppliers - together they are the heart and muscle of our business. We continuously develop the working conditions of our company in order to improve our relationship with our most essential asset: people.
Our customers are the most important part of our business. The goal of our work is to deliver a product that meets our customers' expectations. We believe that delivering the right Quality at the right time and the right Price - while providing effective solutions and the highest levels of service - is the best way to establish and maintain a valuable relationship with our customers.
QUALITY WITH ADDED VALUE
The quality of a product or service is essential to any business. At Berna 1981, we believe that Quality must be universal and deeply rooted in all our activities, as well as reflect the expectations and competitiveness of our Customers.
Many of our Employees and Suppliers have been working side by side with us since the day Bern opened in 1981. Loyalty and ethics are key factors when it comes to building a sustainable future for our business.
